I have done seminars and retreat series for Genesis, Revelation and pretty much everywhere in between. I have been married since 1998 to my lifelong friend who I met in 8th grade. It only took us about 15 years to figure out that God brought us together for life. We now have 3 kids, a dog, a cat and a few chickens. My amazing wife is so patient; she has helped me figure out this marriage thing so that I can now share everything I know about relationships, marriage and parenting with everyone interested in experiencing all that God intended.

I believe God designed us to be happy. John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. Jesus came to give us life, to be born again, yes, but not just life, not just born again. He came to give us abundant life, a joyful life, a pleasure filled life. Let me help you find that in your premarital counseling, your marriage counseling and in your family. I think that most couples and families, if asked, would say that they are doing fine, but I want you to be able to say, "Marriage is the greatest! What an incredible blessing God has given to us." There is always room for growth in any relationship, but so often we don't have the vocabulary to talk about such issues; I want to help you to articulate how you are feeling. I want you to feel loved by your significant other. Some couples are in need of a life-line, and I would like to help, but I think many couples just need a third party to bridge the gap between the mysterious nuances of men and women.

Getting to Know Christ

I have given many messages, long, short, simple, extravagant, but so often it just takes a little one on one time to ask and answer questions. I truly look forward to the times that I get to meet with anyone who has legitimate questions about God and the Bible. Sometimes we all need someone to talk to. What is Apologetics? No, it is not the study of saying, "I am sorry." It is giving intelligent, Biblically based reasons and answers to questions defending why you are a believer in the Bible and in Christ. It is having real reasons for why you believe the way you do. Sometimes it just takes a reasonable answer to a question about the Bible and Faith before someone can really give their life to Christ. Far too often people walk away from their faith because they don't understand something in the Bible, and when they ask for the reason, they get at best an illogical answer and at worst a patronizing answer. Maybe someone asked you a question about the Bible and your faith that you just couldn't explain or answer. Have you ever heard an argument that made you doubt a little or question your faith a little (or a lot)? This is some serious Bible Study now, and that's what a real disciple of Christ is really seeking. Take a look at some of the pages in my Bible. This is how I study my Bible.
